The Jay L. Smith Family Foundation is a 501(c)(3) foundation that gives grants to organizations that promote family values, support the advancement of healthcare, and serve the disadvantaged.
Am I eligible for a grant?
Only tax-exempt, non-profit organizations that are registered with the Internal Revenue Service are eligible for a grant. If you feel that your organization is eligible, click the Apply tab.
